The field names in the header row must be identical to those in the provided template file. Any changes may result in import errors.
Do not modify the field names.
Ensure that all data is formatted correctly in each respective column.
You can add extra data to the Custom Fields columns (1-50) as needed.
Make a copy of the import template using this link.
Open the copied Google Sheet.
Click on File in the top menu.
Hover over Download and select Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).
Save the file to your computer.
Ensure the file is saved in .xlsx format. Any other format may cause errors.
Double-check that all required fields are filled in before proceeding.
Navigate to the Bulk Import menu item.
Select Upload File and choose your prepared .xlsx file.
Click on the Import button to begin the process.
After the import is complete, go to the CRM menu item.
You will start to see all your newly imported leads appear in the system.
