1. Begin by clicking on CRM to access your contact list.
2. Next, select the contacts you wish to manage.
3. Now, click Merge to initiate the merging process.
4. Then, review fields with differing values by clicking on the highlighted tab.
5. After that, click to view all available fields for further action.
6. Choose the specific information you want by selecting the appropriate options.
7. Optionally, click Select all from this column if needed.
8. Finally, confirm your choices and start merging by clicking 'Merge Contact'.
