Locate the Attorney List: Navigate to the Nationwide Attorney List and click the designated link to open it.
Choose a State: For example, if you’re looking for attorneys in Alabama, filter the list accordingly.
Copy the List: Select the relevant entries from the list.
Paste into Google Sheets: Open a new Google Sheet and paste the information.
Format the Data: Ensure the columns include the following:
State
Law Office
Description
Phone Number
Download as CSV: Once formatted, go to File > Download > CSV
to save the data to your computer.
Go to CRM: Log in to Circular Systems and navigate to the import section.
Bulk Import: Click the bulk import option and upload the saved CSV file.
Map the Fields:
Map the law office name to the Name
field.
Map the description to the Source
or Description
field.
Map the email to the Email
field.
For phone numbers, select the Phone
field.
Review Automations:
Go to Marketing > Automation
.
Locate the relevant workflow, such as "Lawyer Outreach."
Click Edit
to view and customize email templates.
Modify content and custom fields to align with your outreach goals.
Assign Attorneys to the Workflow:
After editing the emails, go back to the CRM.
Select the imported attorneys.
Add them to the relevant workflow (e.g., "Lawyer Outreach").
Verify Emails: Ensure emails are correctly formatted and tailored before launching the campaign.
Activate Workflow: Enable the workflow to start automated outreach.
