1. Start by selecting the 'Sites' menu.
2. Next, choose the 'Form Builder' option to proceed.
3. Then, add a new form by clicking 'Add Form'.
4. Choose 'Start from Scratch' to create a custom form.
5. Open navigation by clicking the left-side menu icon.
6. Turn on the Auto-Complete Address feature by clicking the round switch.
7. Finally, save your progress by selecting 'Save'.
