Appointment Report: Track Client Interactions with Detailed Appointment Reports

Gain insights into client meetings with comprehensive appointment reports. This feature logs key details such as date, time, outcomes, and follow-up actions for each appointment, helping you stay organized and improve client relationship management. Perfect for reviewing performance and ensuring that no appointment detail is overlooked.


1. Start by accessing Operations tab.

1 Click on the element.

2. Next, click on 'Phone Stats' to access appointment report.

2 After, click on "Phone Stats".

3. Then, select 'Appointment Report' to get specific insights.

3 Now, click on "Appointment Report".

4. Now, specify the start and end date for your report.

4 Next up, click here.

5. You can select a specific calendar or all calendars in generating reports.

5 After, click here.

6. Here is another filter to generate accurate report: Date added or start date

6 Click on "Appointment Reporting".

7. Continue by selecting 'Booked' to review those appointments.

7 After, click on "Booked".

8. Afterwards, click 'Confirmed' to view confirmed appointments.

8 After that, click on "Confirmed".

9. Next, check 'Cancelled' to see the cancellations.

9 Following that, click on "Cancelled".

10. Then, review new appointments by selecting 'New'.

10 Once that's done, click on "New".

11. Move forward by selecting 'Showed' for attended appointments.

11 Click on "Showed".

12. Now, examine 'No Show' appointments for further insights.

12 Then, click on "No Show".

13. Check 'Invalid' appointments next.

13 After, click on "Invalid".

14. You can see here the summary report for Channel.

14 Click on "Channel".

15. You can choose within this two options to generate source data under appointment report.

21 Click on "Columns".

22. Filter data by status.

23. Add or remove column/s from the table below.

23 Now, click on "Appointment Reporting".
