1. Start by accessing your calendar.

2. You can now see your weekly calendar view.

3. Click this annotation icon to select your calendar view preference.

4. Select you calendar view preference from these options.

5. Choose calendar display to daily, Weekly or monthly view.

6. Click this button to filter calendar by Appointment and Blocked slot.

7. Create your appointment by clicking this '+New' button.

8. Fill in these information to book an appointment.

9. Set the date range you want to view in your calendar.

10. You can see here the list of users

11. Click 'Calendars' to view different setups.

12. Finally, refine your view by clicking on 'Groups'.
