Building Effective Sales Pipelines: A Step-by-Step Guide

Learn to create customized sales pipelines with Surplus Systems' CRM by defining stages, setting criteria for each stage, and integrating automation.


1. To access pipelines, click on 'Deals'

1 Click here.

2. Next, select the 'Pipelines' option.

2 Afterwards, click on "Pipelines".

3. Now, go ahead and create a new pipeline.

3 Afterwards, click on "Create new pipeline".

4. Enter a name for your pipeline in the provided field.

4 Click here.

5. Enter the name of your first stage.

5 Following that, click on the element.

6. Add another stage to your pipeline.

6 After, click on "Add stage".

7. You have added another stage for this pipeline.

7 Click on "Pipeline Name".

8. Optimize visibility choices for funnel chart display.

8 Click on "Visible in Pie chart".

9. Optimize visibility choices for pie chart display as well.

9 Upload

10. Hide or enable from pie chart on dashboard.

10 Next up, click on "Pipeline Name".

11. Hide or enable from funnel chart on dashboard.

11 Click on "Pipeline Name".

12. Delete stage/s by clicking this icon.

12 Upload

13. Hit 'Save' once done.

13 Click on "Save".
