Utilizing the Funnel Steps Tab in Surplus Systems CRM

Maximize the effectiveness of your sales process by learning how to use the Funnel Steps tab in Surplus Systems CRM. 1. Start by clicking 'Funnels'

1 To commence, click on "Funnels".

2. Click 'New Funnel' button to create a funnel

2 Click on "New Funnel".

3. Choose creating a funnel either from blank or from templates

3 Click on the element.

4. Click 'Create' once done selecting.

4 Then, click on "Create".

5. This is the funnel list. Click on your new created funnel to edit.

5 Following that, click on "Test Funnel".

6. This is the funnel header.

6 Click here.

7. This is the funnel steps.

7 Afterwards, click on "Please add a domain in the settings to see your Funnel live!".

8 Then, click on "Products".

9. This is the product tab, if you want to add a product within the funnel step, click '+Add Product' button

9 Following that, click on "Add Product".

10. Fill in these details to add a product and then hit 'Save' once done.

12. Click this icon to share funnel.

12 Afterwards, click on the element.

13. Next, click this button to add new step.

13 Click on "Add New Step".

14. Fill in details for the new step in funnel.

14 After that, click on the element.

15. You can clone the funnel step as well by clicking this button.

15 Following that, click on "Clone Funnel Step".

16. Lastly, delete the funnel step by clicking this button.

16 Following that, click on "Delete Funnel Step".
