Keep your audience updated with dynamic content by adding RSS Header and RSS Items elements to your email templates in Surplus Systems CRM. This guide explains how to incorporate these elements to automatically pull and display the latest content from your RSS feeds, creating engaging and up-to-date email communications.

1. Start by clicking 'Templates'

2. Next, select the 'Templates' option.

3. Open the folder to select a campaign.

4. Select a campaign.

5. Drag and drop RSS Header element to the center field area.
