Navigating the Email Action Menu in Surplus Systems CRM
Learn how to utilize the Email Action Menu in Surplus Systems CRM to streamline your email management tasks. This detailed guide explores the various options and functionalities within the Action Menu, empowering you to efficiently handle tasks such as scheduling, sending, editing, and analyzing your email campaigns.
1. Begin by selecting templates tab
2. Proceed by clicking on the Campaigns tab.
3. Select a folder that you'd like to save the campaign
4. Click on the existing campaign to open the content.
5. Find and click on the drop-down action menu.
6. Proceed by selecting the Test Email option from the drop-down.
7. Select Test Email upon completion of input.
8. Once you're ready, finalize by clicking the Send Test Email button.
9. Again, click on the drop-down action menu.
10. Choose the Preview Template option from the menu.
11. Here's the preview page of your campaign.
12. Return to the previous menu by clicking Back.
13. Open the drop-down action menu once more.
14. Now, click on See Version History.
15. You can see here the version history of your campaign.
16. After reviewing, go back by clicking Back.
17. Again, click on the drop-down action menu.
18. Choose File Attachments from the menu.
19. You can upload a file here to attach into your campaign
