Navigating the Email Action Menu in Surplus Systems CRM

Learn how to utilize the Email Action Menu in Surplus Systems CRM to streamline your email management tasks. This detailed guide explores the various options and functionalities within the Action Menu, empowering you to efficiently handle tasks such as scheduling, sending, editing, and analyzing your email campaigns.


1. Begin by selecting templates tab

1 Firstly, click on the element.

2. Proceed by clicking on the Campaigns tab.

2 Click on "Campaigns".

3. Select a folder that you'd like to save the campaign

3 Afterwards, click here.

4. Click on the existing campaign to open the content.

4 Click on the element.

5. Find and click on the drop-down action menu.

5 Click on the element.

6. Proceed by selecting the Test Email option from the drop-down.

6 Next, click on "Test Email".

7. Select Test Email upon completion of input.

7 Then, click on "Test Email".

8. Once you're ready, finalize by clicking the Send Test Email button.

8 Once that's done, click on "Send Test Email".

9. Again, click on the drop-down action menu.

9 Click on the element.

10. Choose the Preview Template option from the menu.

10 Next, click on "Preview Template".

11. Here's the preview page of your campaign.

11 After, click on "View this email in browser".

12. Return to the previous menu by clicking Back.

14. Now, click on See Version History.

15. You can see here the version history of your campaign.

16. After reviewing, go back by clicking Back.

16 Upload

17. Again, click on the drop-down action menu.

18. Choose File Attachments from the menu.

18 Click on "File Attachments".

19. You can upload a file here to attach into your campaign

19 Then, click on the element.

20. Lastly, finish by clicking the Save button.
