How to Check Assigned and Unassigned Contacts in Surplus Systems

Master the ability to efficiently manage your contact assignments within Surplus Systems CRM. This article provides a clear walkthrough on how to identify which contacts are assigned to team members and which remain unassigned, enabling you to optimize distribution and follow-up activities.


1. Begin by selecting Contacts Tab

1 Click here.

2. Next, choose a contact from the list

2 Now, click on "Vincent Testing Testing Contact".

3. This is where you can check if the contacts has already assignee or unassigned

3 Following that, click on "Owner (Assign To)".

4. Once the contact is unassigned, click on it and choose assignee from the drop down list

4 Now, click on "Owner (Assign To)".

5. The contact now has been successfully assigned!

5 Next, click on "Owner (Assign To)".
