How to Add Additional Phone Numbers Per Contact in Surplus Systems

Expand your communication capabilities within Surplus Systems CRM by adding multiple phone numbers to each contact. This article offers a comprehensive guide on how to effectively associate several phone numbers with a single contact, ensuring you can reach your customers through various channels as needed.


1. Start by selecting the contacts section.

1 Firstly, click on the element.

2. Choose the contact that you want to add an additional phone number

2 Then, click on "Bernadine Swanson".

3. On the next screen, select the specific tab to proceed.

4. Identify the area for managing phone numbers and click on it.

5. Then, press the Add Phone Number button to add more numbers.

5 Click on "Add Phone Number".

6. Choose whether the new number will be tagged as from drop down list option

7. Now, input the new phone number in the provided text field.
