Adding Multiple Emails Per Contact in Surplus Systems CRM
Enhance contact management by adding additional email addresses for each contact in Surplus Systems CRM. This guide will walk you through the process of associating multiple emails with a single contact, improving communication flexibility and ensuring all relevant messages reach your contacts efficiently.
1. Begin by selecting Contacts Tab
2. Choose contact from your contact list
3. Go to Email then add additional email by clicking the pencil icon
4. To add more emails, click + Add Email
5. Tick this button to make it as primary email
6. Click this icon to delete email.
7. Finalize your preferences by clicking Save button
