Enabling/Disabling Do Not Disturb (DND) in Surplus Systems

1. Start by selecting Contacts
2. Proceed to select the name within Contacts
3. You are now in the Contact Tab. Now navigate down until DND is located.
4. In the DND Tab, there are several options to enable/disable DND.
5. You can enable/disable DND to all channels by clicking this box.
6. You have the option to enable/disable DND with contact's email only.
7. Next option to enable/disable DND is text message only.
8. Another option to enable/disable DND is Call & Voicemails only.
9. Lastly, enable/disable DND with Inbound Calls and SMS
