1. Navigate to Settings

1 Click on the element.

2. Now in the Business Profile, go to Contact Deduplication Preferences

2 Click on "Contact Deduplication Preferences".

3. Click on the switch to enable Allow Duplicate Contact

3 Once that's done, click on the element.

4. Finally, end the process by clicking 'Update' button.
