How to Send SMS and Email Campaigns Using Surplus Systems
Enhance your marketing efforts by learning to deploy both SMS and email campaigns through Surplus Systems CRM. This detailed guide explains how to set up, execute, and track the performance of your communications, ensuring you reach your audience through their preferred channels effectively
1. Let's start by clicking Contacts tab.
2. Now, if the contact that you wanted to send SMS or Email is visible, you can select and click on it to open Conversation.
3. Or you can use the Search bar to find the specific contact for sending SMS or Email.
4. Once located, click on the contact to open Conversation.
5. This is the message header.
6. Click this area to assign owner.
7. Select Assignee by choosing in the drop down list.
8. Under 'Followers', click "+" icon
9. Select person from the drop down list
10. Click 'Phone' icon to call the contact.
11. Click this icon to 'Read/Unread' Message
12. Next to it, click 'Filters' button.

14. This is the Conversations section
15. If you wish to send SMS, click 'SMS' icon and begin typing your message in the message field.
16. For sending email, click on 'Email' icon and start typing your email content in the text field.
