Ensure your colleagues and clients know when you're available by accurately setting up your calendar availability in Surplus Systems. This article guides you through the process of customizing your available slots, setting preferences for meeting durations, and managing your time more effectively on the platform.


1. Start by clicking Settings Tab

1 To start off, click here.

2. Next, select the 'Calendars' option.

2 After, click on "Calendars".

3. Now, proceed by accessing 'Availability.'

3 Then, click on "Availability".

4. In the following step, find and click the 'Time Zone' field to setup your correct Time Zone.

5. Set your schedule per day depending on your availability.

5 Next, click on "Timezone".

6. Setup your time availability for each day

6 Click on "Friday".
