Ensure your colleagues and clients know when you're available by accurately setting up your calendar availability in Surplus Systems. 1. Start by clicking Settings Tab
2. Next, select the 'Calendars' option.
3. Now, proceed by accessing 'Availability.'
4. In the following step, find and click the 'Time Zone' field to setup your correct Time Zone.
5. Set your schedule per day depending on your availability.
