Enhance your blog's navigation and user experience by adding categories in Surplus Systems. This article outlines the simple steps to create and organize your blog content into categories, making it easier for readers to find relevant posts, and for you to manage your content efficiently.


1. Start by clicking 'Websites' Tab

1 First off, click here.

2. Next, navigate to the Blogs section.

2 Click on "Blogs New".

3. Discover more options in the settings.

3 After, click here.

4. Choose 'Categories' from the available options.

4 Click on "Categories".

5. Press the 'Add New Category' button.

5 Then, click on "Add New Category".

6. Input Category Label in the given field.

6 Then, click on the element.

7. Provide Alternative Text (for SEO)

7 Click here.

8. Make modifications by clicking 'Change'.

8 After that, click on "Change".

9. Create a URL slug for your new category.

10. Provide a brief explanation for your category.

11. Finalize your settings by clicking 'Create Category'.

12. Click on the pencil icon for more options.

13. Modify this element if necessary and hit 'Update Category' afterwards.
