First Name
Last Name
Phone Type (Landline or Wireless)
Contact Type
How It Works:
The automation uses Phone Type and Contact Type to decide what messages or actions to send. If these fields are missing, the system won’t know how to respond properly.
Important:
No data = no automation. Make sure every lead has these fields completed.
