To validate your customer's business identity, create your Business Profile within the Trust Hub. This step only needs to be completed once.
Please Note:
The submission may take up to 72 hours for approval. Make sure to review your customer business profile information before submitting it.1. Click "Settings"
Access the settings menu.
2. Click "Business Profile"
3. General Information
Fill in all the details needed
4. Business Physical Address
Fill in all the details needed
5. Business Information
Fill in all the details needed
6. Authorized Representative
Fill in all the details needed
7. Click "Submit Review"
After entering all the necessary information, go to Trust Center and select "Submit for Review" to process and submit your registration details.

9. If Successfully submitted
Your status will be changed to "In-Review" and you will receive confirmation that your profile has been successfully submitted.
Please Note:
You do not need to wait for this Customer Profile to be APPROVED before moving on to the Brand submission in Point 2. Brand submission will retroactively modify your Secondary Customer Profile’s status.
